RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- There are some defects in your products.
- We sent wrong items to you.
- We sent products with different size from the size that you’ve ordered.
- Failure in shipping because our fault
For the reasons above, please let us know straight away at the time you received your goods by contacting us via e-mail. Please include the details of the problem of the goods. You have to shipping back your goods to us no later than 1 day after you sent your complaints to us. Beyond the time that period time, we won’t process your complaints. The goods that packed back to us must be new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. We will exchange your order as long as the stock is still available; if the product is out of stock we will give you a full refund. We will ordinarily refund the standard delivery charge of receiving the returned Goods. If you chose to pay extra for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
We don’t accept the return or exchange due to:
- different color than the display color in monitor
- you have ordered the wrong size
- you dislike the model or the materials of our products
Please note that if you want to return only some items but keep the rest of you order, you may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge. All Return and Exchange policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
